Each dessert in this new series offers a delightful combination of distinct textures, layers, and flavors:

• Matcha: Yuri Matcha mousse filled with Ajisai Matcha mousse.
• Genmaicha: Mokuren Genmaicha mousse filled with Suisen Genmai mousse.
• Houjicha: Tsubaki Houjicha mousse filled with Akane Dark Roast Houjicha mousse.
