Operations: 

What time is your operating hours? 
Ans: We operate on a daily basis, from 11:00 pm - 7:00 pm, except Wednesdays.

Walk-in Time: 11.00p.m. - 6.30p.m.

Pickup Time: 1.00p.m. - 6.00p.m.

Am I able to collect my order on the same day after placing an order through butiandesserts.com?

Ans: No, butiandesserts.com is only open for pre-orders, which you may do so by placing a pre-order at least 2/3 days in advance of your preferred date of collection (that does not collide with our operations hours). 

` Am I able to purchase a dessert from your premise?
Ans: Ready-stock desserts will be subjected to availability and will be sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.

` Am I able to dine-in at your premise?
Ans: Yes, seats and tables will be subjected to availability and will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Am I able to make a reservation for dining-in?
Ans: No, reservations are currently not allowed. If you wish to dine-in with us, we only accept walk-ins. Seats and tables will be subjected to availability and will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.

` Can I make an order and collect from the same day?
Ans: Same-day collections are only open to walk-ins. Reservations for ready-stock desserts are allowed, but on a case-by-case basis. Do contact us at +60 11 3320 6680 to find out more about product reservations. 


Desserts: 

` What is the difference between Matcha, Genmaicha, and Houjicha?
Ans: Matcha is green tea. Genmaicha is green tea with roasted brown rice, hence it has a pronounced nutty aftertaste. Houjicha is roasted green tea, which has a rich earthy and toasty flavour.

` Do your cakes contain cream cheese?
Ans: No, our cakes do not contain cream cheese, but it does contain dairy and egg.

`Are your products Muslim-friendly?
Ans: Yes, our desserts are free from alcohol, lard, and gelatine. *(except Tiramisu Tart, which contains alcohol) 


`Are your products vegan-friendly?
Ans: All cakes and cookies do contain dairy and egg, which is suitable for those who have an ovo-lacto vegan diet.

` Are your products really not as sweet as other desserts?
Ans: Given that our brand name symbolises “less sweetened desserts”, we try to keep the sugar content low while maintaining the sweetness a dessert should have.

` Are your products suitable for diabetic patients?
Ans: Although our desserts are less sweet, they still contain sugar. Hence, we do not suggest it for diabetic patients.

` Can I customise my own cake/other products?
Ans: No, customisation requests will not be entertained.

' How long can it be stored at room temperature?
Ans: Our desserts can be stored at room temperature for approximately 60 minutes. If the duration to your destination is more than 2 hours, we recommend customers to prepare cooler bags or containers to refrain the desserts from melting. *Cooler bags, containers, and ice packs are not provided.

Do your desserts need to be refrigerated?
Ans: All desserts need to be refrigerated upon receiving, it is highly recommended to chill the desserts at least an hour before consuming.


Delivery Service:

` Do you provide delivery services?
Ans: No, we do not provide any delivery services.

* If you wish to arrange your own delivery, please be reminded that it is your responsibility to ensure that the driver is willing to collect the item in our premise, which is located on the first floor of the building.

' Can I arrange a self-pickup?
Ans: Yes, pick-up is available but only at 1.00 p.m. - 6.00 p.m. daily, except Wednesdays.

` Can I place an order for a friend and have it delivered to their location?
Ans: Yes, if you wish to order for your friend, you may arrange your own delivery via Grab Delivery, Lalamove, or similar services to have your order delivered to your friend. 


` Can I postpone the collection of my order?
Ans: Yes, do contact us on WhatsApp to inform us about your intention to postpone as well as a new date for the collection of your order.


Return/Refund:

` Can I exchange my order?
Ans: Yes. However, if you wish to exchange the orders, you must notify us 3 days in advance. 


` Can I cancel my order after it has been made?
Ans: Yes, however, payments made are not refundable and will be stored as store credits that can be used for future purchases.
 
` Can I request a refund?
Ans: No, payments made are not refundable and will be stored as store credits that can be used for future purchases.
